Description
Wightwick Embr.
STOF – FABRIC – STOFFE
This distinctive Ottoman design is taken from the mantelpiece hanging in the Drawing Room at Wightwick Manor, Wolverhampton. Dating back to 1893, it would most probably have been embroidered by the lady of the house, Flora Mander. It was designed to work with the Morris & Co. ‘Dove and Rose’ wallpaper featured on the walls and is a unique motif within the house. This new reproduction is very close to the original and is available in three colourways suitable for curtains and general domestic upholstery.
Abrasion: 17.000 Martindale
